Leveraging the reach of 250+ broadcast stations and premium editorial brands — including Loudwire, ScreenCrush, Taste of Country, XXL Magazine, and Ultimate Classic Rock — we developed a commerce framework connecting media, culture, and retail. EM also led the overhaul of lifecycle marketing and audience communication strategies, implemented segmentation and automated customer journeys, and introduced a nationwide live-shopping initiative that connects on-air personalities, editorial storytelling, and real-time product discovery to drive culture-driven commerce growth.
